Surprisingly enough, skin temperature (compared to a multi-day average) seems to pick up if I found it colder (or warmer). ![]() Sleep phases, here I think things go wrong when you are awake and still very still (can be counted as a good number of extra minutes of sleep - although sometimes I really doze off). Stress score also seems to agree with my own finding (so what does it add, a number, if you like numbers, so nice). I compared heart rate with two other meters and it was identical. Surprising what this little thing says it can measure: heart rate, heart rate at rest/night, heart rate variability, SpO2, breathing per minute at night, variability of skin temperature at night (health) and of course things like steps, calories, etc. ![]()
